Phil Banyard: “Education
is the way to reduce cyber risks”
October was the European Cyber Security Month.The goal was to raise awareness about cyber
risks. Among all internet users, children are one of the most vulnerable
groups. Phil Banyard, Reader in Psychology at Nottingham
Trent University, has been
researching on how schools in the UK deal with those risks, and was interviewed by ElearningEuropa.info.

Learning has always expanded beyond the walls of the classroom.
However, the proliferation of devices and applications that have greatly
expanded when, where and how information can be accessed and stored, brings
this issue to the fore. How have such devices had an impact in learning,
